Diana Gosálvez Prados is a seasoned professional with a strong background in information management and public health. She holds a degree in Documentation and a diploma in Social Education from the Complutense University of Madrid. She has further enhanced her education with two master’s degrees: one in Information and Knowledge Management in Organizations from the Open University of Catalonia (UOC) and another in Scientific Information and Communication (LIS) from the University of Granada.

With over 20 years of experience, Diana has specialized in Quality and Patient Safety within healthcare institutions and healthcare management through the Andalusian School of Public Health. She has worked as a consultant for prestigious international organizations such as the Pan American Health Organization (PAHO) and the World Health Organization (WHO), contributing to projects focused on people-centered health services and primary health care. Since 2023, she has been coordinating the WHO Collaborating Centre for Primary Health Care at the Andalusian School of Public Health.

Diana also has consulting experience with firms such as Arthur Andersen, Deloitte & Touche, and Ambers&Co, as well as working for cultural institutions like the Cervantes Institute in London. Her main areas of expertise include knowledge management, virtual communities of practice, social media, web content creation, online training, and human resources.
