This session will highlight how JLN member countries in Africa have effectively leveraged JLN resources to drive progress toward Universal Health Coverage (UHC). Representatives from JLN member countries—Kenya, Ghana, and Nigeria—will share practical examples of how they have utilized JLN’s collaborative learning approach and knowledge products to enhance financial risk protection, digital health, provider payment mechanisms, and Primary Healthcare (PHC) in their respective health systems.
Additionally, representatives from Amref Health Africa, the Network Manager for JLN, and the Gates Foundation, JLN’s Donor Partner, will discuss their critical role in supporting UHC efforts. They will emphasize the importance of cross-country learning platforms like JLN in facilitating knowledge exchange, fostering innovation, and accelerating health system improvements across member countries.
